Crepes & Puffs @ 4 Changi Village is super uber gooood. Tried the mango, durian, banana/choc crepes. Love the skin and generous fillings hehehe. This is the only time I think I'm okay with the whipped cream. Found one mango one in the fridge that's been there for a few days and it still tastes good...........
